In October we were invited by our friend Alessandro Porecelli to film the phenomenon that is Cook it Raw, a week long culinary event that aims to bridge cultural, historical and environmental gaps through collaboration and creativity. It sounds vague, I know, and this trailer is just another tease toward what Cook It Raw really means.
