On the coldest day of the year (-25) I went milking goats with my friend Lisa Ringer.  The milk froze to the side of the pale in an instant, but the rest came inside for cheese making.  Chevre is about the easiest thing in the world to make (if you have a packet of starter… and a goat).  Watch this video to see the process from goat to milk to cheese to chops with sweet potato and chevre.
